At Protein and Carb, we strive to ensure every meal meets our high standards.
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• The food item received is incorrect.
• The food item is damaged or of poor quality upon arrival.
• The order was not delivered.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Please provide:
• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• A photograph of the issue.
3.3 Processing
Once your claim is verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: We are unable to provide refunds for orders due to personal taste preferences unless the dish was prepared incorrectly based on the menu description.
